PHPbb3 cash mod

I am having some problems with my cash mod, first under the mods tab I got 3 options: bank settings, users, and cash settings, however the first two lead to blank pages only cash seetings worked. Then I tried re-installling and only got the cah settings page, am not sure if it is right or not as don't know how it should be. If it is the right way how do I give people cash that I don't have (e.g. edit cash and make it as an admin?)
